I am a recent graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a B.A. in Theatre Performance and Psychology. I am currently perusing my M.F.A. in Actor Training at Florida State's Asolo Conservatory.
I have always had a passion for people and a love for performing. My parents say that ever since I was little, I treated the world like it was my stage and I always knew that I wanted to make an impact through the art of storytelling. I was homeschooled for high school and in my search for activities to keep me busy, I became heavily involved with a local theater group. Now the rest is history!
I am pursuing acting roles both on stage and screen. Please see my resumé and acting reel for the details of my experience and skills.
Due to my 5'0" stature and babyface, I am capable of portraying ages 15-25 and I am interested in a wide range of challenging roles. My older sister would suggest that bratty teenager comes naturally to me, but I also love making all kinds of characters come to life from dramatic and fierce roles to comedic or classical roles.
Something I have learned about myself is that if I am collaborating on a project that stimulates creativity or problem solving of any kind, I am happy. I love to read (I can talk about Harry Potter all day), paint (anything colorful), play outside (there is nothing like a cotton candy sunset to make my heart swarm), and spend time with my friends and family. My top three VIA Character Strengths are Love, Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence, and Curiosity. I believe that finding joy and inspiration in all of these things helps to make me a more well rounded actor
I am currently perusing my M.F.A. in Actor Training at Florida State's Asolo Conservatory. This is a three-year graduate program in which twelve students are chosen each year to work in a program that combines rigorous classroom training with guest artist workshops and professional production experience at the Asolo Repertory Theater in Sarasota Florida.

The year between my B.A. and M.F.A. I had the opportunity to be a Theater Teaching Artist for the LLC InnerAct, where I taught a wide variety of students with various levels of functioning, ages 4-18. I facilitated acting, movement, and music lessons that were suitable for each classroom's needs; including playing improv games and giving instruction of basic plot structure for older students (5th grade-high school) in order to stimulate creativity, quick thinking, and confidence. For younger students or students with special needs, we focused on getting in our bodies and expressing our emotions creatively and effectively through music and movement.

I have also acted as a per diem employee for Nuvance Health at Danbury Hospital where I worked as a Simulated Patient (Actor). I participated in their simulation lab and worked with medical students learning how to diagnose and converse with patients. I explored different roles and strived to give these medical students a realistic portrayal of a wide range of diseases, injuries, and health concerns.
I assist the nonprofit Ben's Lighthouse in their "Isle of Skoo" program where I play the role of The Host for a puppet show for children ages 4-8. The puppet show was created to help teach and inspire empathy, kindness, and emotional awareness in children. As The Host, I am the bridge between the puppets and the audience. I participate in the scripted puppet show as well as facilitate improvised conversations with the children about the topics that were covered.
